One Shot Foam Compound Rotational Moulding
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONOne shot PE foam/ single shot foam refers to the single process in rotational moulding or custom rotational moulding to produce light weight , thermal insulated boxes , load bearing pallets and floating articles like boats. This material is used to fill hollow items like pizza boxes, ice boxes, pallets etc to impart thermal insulation and rigidity to the product.

M.G.Polyblends had developed one shot foam compound for the rotational moulding applications in which a product is desired to be made in a single step.
The material provided is a mix of powdered and granular component. The powdered component provides the outer structure and the granular component fills the outer hollow structure with PE foam .
The expansion ration of the foam pellets is in between 6 to 15 times
