TSK two-piece series has comprehensive material choices: stainless steel, carbon steel, cast iron and brass, serving both low and high pressure applications from 400 psi to 3000 psi. Optional oval, wing handles and square head operator are available.
Two-piece threaded ball valves
We supply two options of carbon steel – A105 and A108. The main difference between them is the composition of Carbon and Manganese. Forged A105 is solider and can generally sustain higher pressure compared to cast material.
Uni-body valves come with reduced port, locking devices and blowout proof stem as standard design, giving the most structural strength while minimizing leak paths. They are available in high quality investment cast stainless steel and carbon steel for cost-e�ective choice and common �uid control applications.

One-piece threaded ball valves
The rugged 3-piece swing-out body provides easy in-line maintenance. Features include adjustable packing gland, locking safety handle and ISO 5211 actuator top �ange. Our Reinforced PTFE thrust washer can e�ectively prevent galling and reduce operating torque. It is �exible to select end connection such as threaded, socket weld, butt weld or extended weld.

This series of valves are all �re-tested to API 607 5th (or 6th) edition. Should the soft seals dissipate in the event of �re, the protective lip would function as a secondary sealing, which creates a metal-to-metal (ball to body) contact to minimize external and internal leakages and provides undisturbed valve operation.

The drilled valve body and ball provide vent for relieving air pressure automatically on the downstream side when valve closed. It is recom-mended for water and compressed air services.
3-Way multi-port ball valves are used to divert or mix �ow directions, as a result, they can reduce number of valves required in piping system. The valves are 2-seated, available in L-port or T-port with horizontal or vertical inlets and constructed with an ISO 5211 mounting pad.
