A CONTROLLER at Scotland's biggest private taxi firm is a convicted drug dealer. Ann

Watson, 29, served 3 years after being caught with pounds 100,000 worth of

heroin. She now works in the control room of Glasgow Private Hire Taxis Ltd.

Last month we told how taxi-driving dealer Thomas Todd, 36, sold heroin from one of

the firm's cabs.

Watson was jailed after detectives found 20 bags of heroin with a street value of more

than pounds 100,000 in her flat in Byres Road, Glasgow. She was convicted in 1994

along with dad David, 48, who got 10 years for heroin dealing.

Watson is the cousin of drugs baron David Santini, one of Scotland's wealthiest

criminals.

Glasgow Private Hire is run by car dealer Tommy Wallace, 48, & millionaire tanning

salon boss Stevie Malcolm, Malcolm's associates, David Dean, 43, and Robert Roden,

51, earlier fronted gangster Tam McGraw's Mac Cars.

In the Daily Record article dated Nov 2nd 2014, it states..

"Property and taxi tycoon Stevie Malcolm held talks with convicted drug dealer Mark

Daily Record - Feb 4th 2018, Lanarkshire council stated,

QUOTE - “Contracts have been in place, commencing from Aug 2017 until 2020, with a

value of £279,398. “We consult with Police Scotland before any taxi contract is

awarded.”

Mark Richardson was convicted of drug dealing in 2007! So, by the time the contract

is awarded in Aug 2017, Richardson had been known to Police Scotland for AT LEAST

10 years.

The police had been consulted by Lanarkshire council? So presumably Edinburgh council

& Renfrewshire councils too & yet the 10 contracts - transporting "elderly" and

"vulnerable children" & doing "school runs" were still awarded to Stevie Malcolm??

Even though Police Scotland KNEW he was linked to numerous gangsters & drug

dealers?!

So did police Scotland lie to the councils? Was it a case of them "turning a blind

eye?" *OR* Is it the council that's lying? Did they, (for the sake of a funny

handshake) fast track his applications & not ask for standard police checks to be done?

Did they just kinda skim over the bit that would protect the vulnerable members of the

public that Stevie Malcolm was being paid oh-so generously to transport?!

Penny Cars got the £279,398 contract in Aug 2017.

Funnily enough, in the very same month, Penny Cars was set on fire & the damage to

cars was said to be around £250,000.. So it cost him approx same amount as he gained

with the council contracts!!!

& in case that wasn't enough coincidences...

In his past he had been arrested and charged with burning down a police car pound?!!!!

Yet another coincidence?! I d'no, that's several too many for me, I mean, to be

involved in one car lot burning to the ground is one thing, but two?!

his house was flooded

Schools and the BBC, jobs that previously went to the proper licensed taxi trade. It is

likely not an accident that one of their drivers is a senior Labour Councillor on Glasgow

City Council, Jim Todd. (Nepotism is alive and well!) Stevie Malcolm, however, is allowed

to continue in what he does because he has a clean court record.

and lucrative empire in a matter of months. Tan Ko Ltd only began trading in Nov

operating profits of £95,250, and dividends of £70,900. Its net book value was put

at more than £250,000, mostly in property. Tan Ko's directors are Steven Malcolm,

Last night, Sandra White, the Nationalist list MSP for Glasgow, called for a

moratorium on new applications for sunbed parlours until issues are addressed by the

Scottish Executive. She expressed concerns over lack of licensing control and allegations

of criminal activity.

Jan 2004 Boxing promoter Barry Hughes in £1 billion dirty money probe

Hughes Jnr, a former security firm boss, was charged with mortgage fraud following

Wednesday's police raid on his home in Kilmacolm, Renfrewshire. The 31-year-old

tycoon appeared at Paisley Sheriff Court on Thursday. It later emerged that his

mansion is owned by taxi boss Stevie Malcolm, 46, whose links to dead criminal

godfather Tam McGraw were first exposed by the Sunday Mail seven years ago.
