The road to qualifying is easy. Here’s how:If you’re a registered business entity and will be using your vehicle in theday-to-day operation of your business, just bring a copy of any one of thesecompleted documents to your dealer. (If you are purchasing a vehicle in yourindividual name, you must provide proof of proprietorship to document thatyou are the business proprietor.)

Eligible documentation includes:• Copy of government document showing business tax identification number

and business name• Business incorporation documents• State, county or municipal business license• Copy of government document showing nonprofit tax identification number

and business name• Federal or state income tax forms showing operation as a business entity• Enrolled BusinessLink  customer number• A fle et account number• Business license• Copy of DBA or assumed-name documentation• Sales tax license• Workman’s compensation/commercial general liability insurance• S tate or federal forms with federal tax ID• A complete copy of the most recent original tax return Form 1040 and all

$250 / $500 / $1,000 COMMERCIAL GRAPHICSPROGRAM ALLOWANCES

 

All 2015 MY Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, FIAT brand vehicles (excludesViper & SRT models) (effective until 1/4/16)

• A minimum of $250, $500 or $1,000 in Vehicle Graphics must beinstalled to be eligible for the $250, $500 or $1,000 CommercialGraphics Program. 2015 Ram ProMaster City™ only eligible for$250 and $500 allowance. 2015 MY Dodge Dart and FIAT  500 areonly eligible for the $250 allowance (not available on Dart SE andFIAT  Abarth)

• Customer/dealer must provide an invoice from theinstaller to validate spending and eligibility of any andall vehicle graphics

• The dealer must have documentation that thegraphic was purchased/installed with a value equalto or greater than:

  $250-$499 to be eligible for the $250 allowance

$500-$999 to be eligible for the $500 allowance

$1,000+ to be eligible for the $1,000 allowance

• Claims will be reimbursed in the amount of $250,$500 or $1,000 depending upon the customer’s graphicspend amount and claim submitted

• Commercial Graphics Allowance must be processed

at time of sale

• Box removal and replacement on the Ram 2500 Heavy Duty Pickup isintended for a limited selection of upfit body applications of limitedweight ranges. The primary applications for the Ram 2500 Heavy DutyPickup box removal and replacement program involve ser vice bodies,platform bodies (without hydraulic lifts) and stake bodies

• This application should NOT be used for the following upfit bodies:boom trucks, cranes, dump trucks, platform lifts, wrecker bodies,ambulance, motor home or recovery vehicles. These applicationscould adversely affect the performance of the vehicle, vehicle systemsand void the manufacturer’s chassis warranty. Body manufacturersand upfitters should ensure that appropriate warning labels andcustomer information be provided to inform the end customer ofpermissible payload and towing capacities to ensure that the vehiclein service does not exceed the rated GVWR and GCWR
