David M. Sepiashvili, Board Chairman

David Michaelovich Sepiashvili is a a Principal of Giprosvyaz SPB, and Co-Founder and Board Chairman of Giprosvyaz

Latin America.

Mr. Sepiashvili was born on May 3, 1959 in Cutaisi, Georgia, which was then a part of the Union of Soviet Socialist

Republics (USSR). In 1978, David moved Leningrad (today’s St. Petersburg) to study at the State University. He

excelled in his studies, and graduated with honors in the field of telecommunications in 1983.

Mr. Sepiashvili was one of the first movers to grasp and capitalize upon the opportunities of the Perestroika movement,

opening real estate and tourism businesses under the name LenAlp in 1989. Mr. Sepiashvili then used his strong

knowledge and experience in his field to purchase and privatize the Russian government’s telecommunications

engineering company, Giprosvyaz, in 1993. Mr. Sepiashvili retained the name Giprosvyaz given its strong brand identity

and the company continues to prosper today as Russia’s leading telecommunications engineering and network planning

consultancy.


Mr. Sepiashvili’s other interests include collection and trading of fine European art and antique products dating from the

17th – 20th centuries. He also collects rare and antique watches.

Mr. Sepiashvili maintains other business interests in the fields of commodities trading, real estate, trading of precious

stones in rough and finished form, and various other opportunistic initiatives.

Mr. Sepiashvili’s is a national of the Russian Federation and maintains his primary residence in St. Petersburg until

today. Mr. Sepiashvili is fluent in Russian, Georgian and English.

Amir Oren, CEO

Amir Oren is a Co-Founder and CEO of Giprosvyaz Latin America. In 2009, Mr. Oren was tasked with spearheading the

expansion of Giprosvyaz Group into Latin America by establishing a regional headquarters in Panama City, Panama,

and unifying the various Giprosvyaz group companies so as to capitalize on the various potential synergies implicit in

the expansion. Mr. Oren led the acquisition of Materiales Profesionales by Giprosvyaz Latin America in 2010.

Mr. Oren is also one of the original founders of Movilot, a leading designer, builder and operator of mobile gaming

entertainment platforms. Under Mr. Oren’s watch, Movilot has enjoyed explosive growth, registering 2.5 million users

within less than 10 months in its first country of introduction. Movilot has further launched operations in a second

country. and has been awarded gaming licenses in two more countries.

Prior to joining Giprosvyaz Latin America, Mr. Oren was a Director in the Investment Banking North America Structured

& Corporate Finance Group of WestLB AG New York Branch, where he worked to provide a wide variety of financial

solutions ranging from bilateral financings for middle market firms, to the underwriting of large scale syndicated projects

with tickets in excess of USD 1 billion within the Infrastructure space.


Prior to joining WestLB, Mr. Oren spent three years as a Leveraged Finance Analyst at The Mitsubishi Trust and

Banking Corporation where he led the investment in more than twenty five diversified industrial projects representing

investment of more than $400 million. Prior to entering the banking sector, Mr. Oren spent two years as a Senior

Consultant of Arthur Andersen’s Financial Markets Advisory Group, where he specialized in problem solving and

process design type engagements.

Mr. Oren holds an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business, with specializations in Corporate

Finance and Entrepreneurship & Innovation. He also holds a BBA in Banking and Finance from Hofstra University,

where he graduated first in his class, with summa cum laude honors.

Mr. Oren is fluent in English, Spanish, Hebrew, Russian and Georgian.

Simon Moshel, COO

Simon Moshel is COO of Giprosvyaz Latin America and Materiales Profesionales, and is largely responsible for all

technology related projects undertaken by the Group within Latin America.

Mr. Moshel brings cutting edge proficiency in the design-building-operation of technological platforms honed over a

career spanning 18 years in full life cycle software development and internet / e-commerce including analysis, design,

development, implementation and operation. In his various functions over the years, Mr. Moshel has been Team-Lead

of groups as large as 140 people and as small as 3 people depending on project size, scope, security and

confidentiality. Mr. Moshel is an expert in his field and has been granted interviews on the subjects of platform

development, data security and technological trends to such leading news organizations as the Wall Street Journal and

Bloomberg News.

Mr. Moshel is also one of the original founders of Movilot, a leading designer, builder and operator of mobile gaming

directorship, analysis and development at such companies as Beliefnet, Snickelways Interactive, and Societe Generale

& Cowen and Company.

Mr. Moshel earned a degree in Computer Science and International from the State University of the Republic of Georgia

in 1993. Mr. Moshel has been certified as a Microsoft Certified Architect (MCA), as a Microsoft Certified IT Professional

(MCITP), and as a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS).
