Each day we will have a different theme. You are able to choose the activity from each day. Choose one from each day, or try each one. Your choice! Plan out your week and scroll thru:

Last week Ricardo and Elba showed us the Salsa, Level 1. Today they will show us the national dance of the Dominican Republic - Bachata!!

Ricardo and Elba will demonstrate Bachata.

The Bachata (BAH-cha-tah) may be the most romantic of these dances. It is typically performed to slower music with a tighter closed hold. The fourth beat in this dance uses a tap or kick with one foot. While the Bachata may be simple, the basic steps can be performed in any combination.
