She owns an independent consulting firm where she focuses on projects in business management and training with universities, state and local health departments, specialty physician offices, hospital outpatient facilities, and surgical centers. She is a frequent speaker, author, and contributor with many nationally recognized organizations and publications.

DIANA h. wILLIAMS, BS, CpC, CCS-p, CCS, CpMA Diana Williams is an instructor for the Certified Coder Boot Camp (live and online) as well as all of the ICD-10-CM/PCS courses (live and online). She has over 23 years of experience in healthcare. With extensive experience in coding education, medical insurance, and provider management, Williams has a complete understanding of the reimbursement process.
