CREATE A GOAL (2) To create a goal, select the Goals tab in the upper navigation. A goal is a group of measurements tied to a single name. (2.1) Usually the goal templates are tied to a device such as an activity tracker or blood pressure monitor. If you do not have a device yet you can manually pick a goal to start tracking your health measurements by manually adding your health data. You may also add your device data to the goal later on. To add a goal simply click on one of the goal template graphics and you will be prompted with a summary. (2.2) (2.2) The goal summary will offer you a snapshot of the measurements and their associated targets. If you would like to edit any of the default targets simply click on edit targets, otherwise you can return to the dashboard to start tracking health and fitness data or cancel the goal.
