Phil Snyman, Chief Financial Officer ~ brings more than 11 years in diverse tax, accounting, and business consulting experience to his role as a Certified Public Accountant. He is well versed in the tax and accounting application for a variety of business entity types and industries; as well as individual taxation. Education & Professional LicensesPhil is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and Missouri. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Stellenbosch University in South Africa after which he completed his Master in Accounting degree at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro Arkansas. Phil has gained extensive tax and accounting experience through senior accountant and management roles for several CPA firms located in Missouri, Kansas and Texas. In these roles he gained valuable knowledge and experience from working closely with seasoned CPA’s and business owners.His experience includes providing comprehensive tax and accounting services to his clients, and representing his clients in tax and accounting matters to third parties. This includes tax compliance, compilations of financial statements, tax research and planning, dealing with government tax correspondence, and everyday accounting issues. He also has experience in implementing computerized accounting systems for new business startups and providing training and consulting on an ongoing basis. For small and medium-sized businesses, Phil has expertise in providing comprehensive accounting services, including individual, corporate, partnership, and trust income tax returns. He also has experience with payroll and sales/use tax compliance. In addition, Phil has expertise in consulting and planning related to entity selection and tax planning for owners of small to mid-sized businesses.

A graduate of the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University, Chris received his BA in
accounting in 1993. He then furthered his education by obtaining a Juris Doctor from New York Law
School in 1997. Both during and after his schooling, Chris managed in excess of 100 employees,
working full time while attending both undergraduate school and Law school. Chris was responsible for
creating millions of dollars in annual revenues, overseeing and implementing entire financial
departments, managing millions of dollars in CIT’s by acquiring outstanding relationships with National
lenders such as Chase, Wachovia, HSBC, Wells Fargo and many others. Chris continued his success by
setting national records for sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction.
Chris was then engaged to direct a top multi-shingle automotive dealership. In the trenches Chris
managed 300 employees, day to day operations with gross revenues of over $100 million per year,
negotiated and secured in excess of $250,000 in monthly marketing and advertising promotions,
negotiated union contracts, and successfully administered over 500 acquisitions monthly.
Chris also started his own business and held the title of President and CEO which built and sold over 50
commercial and residential buildings with gross sales of over $10 million from 2006-2009.
