Service Period & Details

Service Period

The start date or pre-operation period is 3 months before COD while operation period is started from COD to 5 years contract.

Pre-Operation Period

o To train, mobilize staffs and receive specific training from OEM before commercial run.o To provide the evaluation of operational ability and project maintainable to the owner.o To establish instruction, procedure, emergency plan, O&M plan, admin and SHE subject to

owner’s approval.o To review the strategic spare parts.o To supply hand tools for operator.o To particulate at stages during pre-commissioning till operation phase.o To receive, inventory and store initial consumable raw materials.o To assist owner to complete the project.

o Assist in review the commissioning procedure prepared by EPC.o Recording the relevant operational data in all intended operation mode against the design data.o Participate the commissioning on behalf of the owner.o Provision of qualified and experienced staff to the commissioning organization.o Establish management systems of administration, operation, maintenance, safety & environment.o Checking of control states during commissioning steps, including the installed safety equipment.o Witness all the loop check and pre-commissioning of all control devices.

o Operate the Facilities.

o Provide information, defects both under & over the warranties to the owner.

o Maintain operation and maintenance procedures.

o Prepare and implement O&M procedures including emergency response.

o Purchasing plan for the chemicals to treat the facility’s processes.

o Supply the consumable material used during operation.

o Provide regular SHE and reporting to the owner.

o Prepare and provide performance data and any information to the owner in relation to the PPA.

o Provide owner the operation reports.

o Perform services to maintain the facility in a good working order.

o Provide information and assist the owner in obtaining, maintaining required permits & regulation.

o Report to the owner any significant known deficiencies.

o Implement and maintain requirement training program.

o Assist the owner in maintaining cooperative and supportive relations with local community.

o Preventive, corrective and periodic maintenance.

o Implement and regularly update the Preventive Maintenance program.

o Plan, perform and coordinate with the owner to arrange times for planned and unplanned maintenances.

o Prepare and submit to the owner approval of the annual operating and maintenance program and the associated budget.
