Easy to Maintain High Pertormance ValvesWith manifolds angled towards the center atoperator level, the valves are easily accessedfor maintenance. A typical diaphragm valve in

a dryer can be rebuilt in less than ten minutes,without removing the valve from the manifold.

State of the Art ControllerThe advanced microprocessor-controllermaintains dryer performance at optimum levels.It constantly monitors dryer functions andprovides alert when maintenance is required sothat downtime is held to a minimum.

FunctionThis type of dryer does divert driedcompressed air from the air system to removemoisture from the desiccant in the off-line tank.

Rather, it employs its own high performance

centrifugal blower to direct ambient air througha heater and then trough the off-line tank.There the stream of heated air regenerates thedesiccant. Heated blower technology requires thehighest initial capital investment, but with no orlittle dlversion of compressed air from thesystem for regeneration, it offers significantlylower operating cost than the other desiccantdryer technologies.
