MARKUP FOR THE DISTRIBUTERS:The markup rate or commission for the distributers has been fixed as a 4% on sales. This percentage is fixed for all the distributers without any discrimination in the market.

SALES TARGETS FOR THE DISTRIBUTERS:Every month, there is a sales target which is set for all the regions and their respective distributers. On successful achievement of the target; company provide the distributers with: Training Bonuses Share in the Sales Force Salaries Share in Maintenance cost ofTransportation FleetDISTRIBUTION NETWORKS:Olpers is focussing on every major city of Pakistan. The distribution is outsourced. Olpers have 160 distributers all over Pakistan. Distributors credibility and goodwill is not used as a tool to pressurize the retailer but they are taken into confidence by first introduction to theproduct features and brand and then distributorrepute plays a value addition role.Customer feedback is acquired for furtherplanning which is the responsibility of thedistributor to provide to Olpers team.According to distribution, Pakistan is divided into three geographical zones and then in further Regional sales offices.

Pacific distributers covers Gulshan & Bahadurabad, Tariq Road. S.I traders covers Garden & Old Karachi area. Tawakkal Distributers covers PECHS & Saddar. S. Care traders covers New Karachi & North Karachi. M & Sons covers Nazimabad & Orangi Town areas.

PURCHASE ORDERS:Purchase order is an instrument given by the buyer to the seller mentioning the specification of goods & price in order to get the timely delivery of goods from the customer.In the case of Olpers, the distributer is the buyer who initially submits the payment in advance and then gives the purchase order to the sales department via electronic channel whenever it requires to purchase Olpers. These e-mails are then processed in the form of a proper purchase orders, which are then sent to the finance department for invoicing purpose. Whereas; sales department is also responsible for the dispatch of the desired goods by the customer.
