WEEKLY BEACON
December 20-25, 2014 Olivet Beacon of Light Lutheran Church
Sharing the Light and the Love of Our Lord
OLIVET
Our facility is equipped with a hearing
assistance system and the loop system.
If you would like to use a receiver unit,
please see the Sound Tech in the back of
the sanctuary. If you have a hearing aid,
please set it to T-coil for the loop. If we
can assist you in any other way, or if you have any ques-
tions about Olivet don’t hesitate to let us know.
If you are a first time
guest, welcome to
Olivet! Please stop at
the Connection Cen-
ter following worship
for an information
packet and a free gift. Thank you for worshipping with
us today!
A few years ago, Olivet joined
the Advent Conspiracy move-
ment. As always, our members
and friends have embraced this
endeavor and because of that,
many people who are less fortu-
nate have benefited from that
generosity. This year again, the Caring Tree will be
turned into the Advent Conspiracy Tree. For every $10
donated we will put a candy cane on the tree. The or-
ganizations that Olivet will sponsor this year are The
Salvation Army, the La Crosse Warming Center and
the church mortgage reduction. Please see the Decem-
ber Monthly Beacon for more details or visit
