Nursery Sports Day

YOYO Inspired NED Assemblies at Oliver Goldsmith We have had the pleasure to introduce The NED Programme to school which centres around a 45 minute assem-bly called The NED Show. NED is a loveable cartoon character whose name is an acronym for Never give up, Encourage others, and Do your best. Teachers love that NED is simple, relatable and kid-focused.

After the assembly, educators and parents can have access to their extensive collection of resources. The lesson plans, videos, and classroom activities centre upon the NED traits to promote a culture of kindness and excellence at in our daily lives. On Thursday the sun came out for the Nursery Sports Day. What a fantastic morning. The children ran, skipped, threw bean bags, balanced eggs on spoons and even saved the babies! Well Done Nursery. The Nursery staff would like to say a big thank you to all the parents that turned up to cheer the children on.

Exciting KS2 End of Unit Event The KS2 End of Unit Event will be taking place on Friday 19th July 2019 at 2:30pm. A letter will be going out shortly.

Year 6 Performance & Leavers’ Assemblies The Year 6 performance will be taking place on 18th July 2019 at 2:00pm and 5:00pm. Parents/Carers are invited and invitation letters will be sent out. The Year 6 Leavers’ Assemblies will be on 22nd July 2019 in the morning from 9:15am. All Year 6 parents/carers welcome to attend.
