The last year was an exciting one for the Rebels! Our student-athletes excelled in the classroom, in competition and in the community, and Rebel Nation responded with a record-high 8,600 members, sold out venues and significant presence at athletics events across the country. As you consider renewing your support for Ole Miss Athletics this year, please refer to this member handbook, as it contains important, updated information on season tickets, parking and maximizing your membership. Our shared vision for the future of Ole Miss Athletics is within reach. Please renew and increase your support for Rebel Athletics and encourage your friends and family to do the same. With your help, we can reach our goal of 10,000 members and compete for championships in the SEC and nationally! Go Rebels! J. Keith Carter

Associate Athletics Director for Development/Executive Director

The Annual Fund is every Rebel fan’s opportunity to show their support of Ole Miss Athletics through a financial contribution. This program recognizes several different contributions over the course of a single year to allow us to recognize your overall charitable support of the Rebels and encourage others to make similar commitments.

Important Updates for 2014:

FOOTBALL PARKING – With the beginning of construction of the new basketball arena and parking garage, we have lost several parking lots used for football gameday parking. While the final result will be an increase in the number of parking stalls available for home football games, the relocation of donor parking from these four parking lots to other parking areas is necessary. The process has been designed to provide our loyal fans the fairest process and ensure that all current and new donors as well as season ticket holders are allocated parking in accordance with their overall support of Ole Miss Athletics. Please refer to page 13 of this handbook for additional information.

Forward TogeTher CAMPAIGN – In 2013, we saw the first tangible results of the Forward Together campaign with the renovations and naming of the Olivia and Archie Manning Sports Performance Center (formerly the IPF). Renovations include a new locker room, team meeting room, Head Coach’s office, weight room and the opening of our sports nutrition facility - the Grill at 1810. In December 2013, work began on the new parking garage, and this spring will see ground breaking for the new basketball arena!

2015 FOOTBALL SEATING – It is important to remember that the new seating allocations from the capital gift agreement program will go into effect in the fall of 2015. If you are currently seated in any of the sections (please see pages 11-12) governed by the CGA program, please contact our office to see how this affects your seating for 2015 and what options you have for guaranteeing or relocating your season tickets.

MAxIMIzE YOUR PRIORITY POINTS – Please refer to the information regarding priority points on page 9. It is important that you, as a donor, understand how to maximize your priority points by doing the following:

1. Pledge and pay your priority seating gifts for football, men’s basketball and baseball on or before April 30, 2014.

2. If you are choosing to break your giving into multiple payments, please plan to make as much of your gift as possible prior to April 30, 2014. Priority points are calculated based on donations received (not pledged), therefore the timing of your giving can impact your priority point total.

WHAT’S AHEAD...

With over 8,600 donors showing their support of Rebel Athletics, Rebel Nation continues to grow each and every year. Your continued support allows Ole Miss to provide the best possible experience to each of our 385 student-athletes.

We are asking you to pledge your overall giving in advance of the various seating renewal deadlines in order to help us increase support for our student-athletes in their pursuit of championships and their Ole Miss diploma.

At right, see how members can increase their level of support by making an additional membership contribution. The member makes an additional contribution of $300 to move their membership to the $600 level. As a result, the member moves to the starter level and further helps Rebel student-athletes graduate and compete for championships.

The Ole Miss Athletics Foundation utilizes a priority points system to acknowledge your continued support of Ole Miss Athletics. Priority points are accumulated through the following:

§ One point for every $100 donated to Ole Miss Athletics. § One point for every season ticket (up to 10 per year) since 1996 for football, men’s basketball, women’s basketball and baseball.

PRIORITY POINTS

Points are calculated based on money donated, not pledged, and are used to determine the order of allocation for items such as:

§ Season ticket relocation requests § Season parking requests § Away game ticket requests for football § Post-season ticket requests for football, basketball and baseball

Tips to Maximize your Priority Points:

§ Pledge and pay your priority seating gifts for football, men’s basketball and baseball on or before April 30, 2014. § If you are choosing to break your giving into multiple payments, please plan to make as much of your gift as possible prior to April 30, 2014. Priority points are calculated based on donations received (not pledged), therefore the timing of your giving can impact your priority point total.

§ Consider signing a capital gift agreement (CGA) for seats at Vaught-Hemingway Stadium or the new basketball arena and receive a 25 priority point bonus.

You can view your priority point total by logging into your online account at GiveToAthletics.com.

Even if you are happy with your seating location, we encourage everyone to log in to pick their parking space for the upcoming season. OleMissSeats.com will offer the following options:

§ Add additional season tickets to your order/account. § Move or upgrade your seating location. § Select your parking location for passes ordered with your football season tickets.

All vehicles entering campus for a home football game require a season or single-game parking pass (subject to availability). Due to construction of the campus parking garage and new basketball arena, parking will be re-allocated based on priority points. The process has been designed to provide our loyal fans the fairest process and ensure that all current and new donors and season ticket holders are allocated parking in accordance with their overall investment in Ole Miss Athletics. Any parking requests received after April 30, 2014 will be placed on a waiting list and allocated based on priority and availability. Please consider this information when making your football priority seating contribution for 2014.

FOOTBALL PARKING

2. Selection times will be determined by each donor’s priority point total and corresponding ranking as of May 1, 2014.

3. Allocation of parking will be managed online using OleMissSeats.com and will allow you to choose the parking pass of your choice from all available parking areas based on priority and availability.

BASKETBALL TICKETSA high-flying, fast-paced brand of basketball has brought record crowds to Oxford. With only one senior on the 2013-14 team, the Rebels return a lot of talent and experience into the 2014-15 season. This is a great time to invest in season tickets, as all season ticket holders will receive allocation priority for the new arena in the Fall of 2014.

For questions on ordering season tickets or seating in the new arena, please call the Ole Miss Athletics Ticket Office at 662-915-7159, or visit ForwardTogetherRebels.com.

“Being a Rebel means everything to me. Coming from a family that has supported the Rebels for a long time, I grew up cheering for Ole Miss in everything. I can remember watching the Rebels on the football field with Eli Manning growing upand coming to Swayze Field to watch players like Stephen Head, zack Cozart and Chris Coghlan play the game. I remember watching as the crowds and support for the program continued to grow. I’m proud to have been able to witness the resurgence of Ole Miss baseball and now be a part of helping the Rebels maintain a spot as one of the premier programs on the national landscape.”

BASEBALL TICKETSGameday at Ole Miss is truly unique and has been hailed by many as one of the best experiences in sports, finishing in the top 10 nationally in attendance nine straight seasons and in the top five nationally for the last seven years. The raucous crowds have lent their support to the Rebels, and that has translated to success with the Rebels playing in 11 NCAA tournaments over the last 13 seasons.

For questions on ordering season tickets, please call the Ole Miss Athletics Ticket Office at 662-915-7159.

Parking

Parking is a benefit to donors that contribute at least $300 annually to the baseball priority seating fund. All parking allocations are handled by the Ole Miss Athletics Foundation. All parking lots were full for the 2013 baseball season. Open spaces will be filled by priority. New qualifying donors are not guaranteed parking. See the parking map above for lot locations.

Launched in August 2011, the Forward Together campaign seeks to raise $150 million in private support of a comprehensive initiative aimed at new facility construction and facility enhancements for Rebel Athletics. The Forward Together campaign is the most aggressive and comprehensive campaign in the history of Ole Miss Athletics.

Forward Together facility projects include:

§ Recently completed enhancements to the Olivia and Archie Manning Sports Performance Center (formerly IPF) including: • New team meeting room• Completion of The Grill at 1810, sports nutrition center• Expansion of the weight room• Renovation of the team locker room including a new players’ lounge• New Head Coach’s Office Suite• Recruiting room honoring the history of Ole Miss Football

§ Construction of a new arena for Ole Miss men’s and women’s basketball § Expansion of the north end zone of Vaught-Hemingway Stadium § Enhancements to the Gillom Center

A great way to support the Forward Together campaign is by making a commitment to football and basketball seats through a Capital Gift Agreement (CGA). When you commit to a CGA, you are pledging your belief in the vision for Rebel Athletics and the improvement of Ole Miss’ athletics facilities. Other benefits include:

§ Fixed annual donation amounts for 10 years § 25 priority point bonus § One time transferrability of your seats to another fan § Guaranteed seating location § And more!

Justin Bell – FootballJunior, Offensive Lineman

“To have an academic scholarship at Ole Miss due to football means a lot. I had to earn it, and I’m still earning it every day I come to practice. Without it, I would be in so much debt coming out of school. It would have been a lot tougher on my mother. I will be able to leave college with little to no debt depending on master’s programs and things like that. It’s a blessing from God that he blessed me with these abilities to earn a scholarship.”
