high blocking on this cell.

There is extreme kind of congestion on 172 due to whichcustomers are facing problem in making calls.

Our working and improvements

Here I want to share with you that I didnt only mention the

issue but we worked on the most critical ones and these

issues are solved now.

I identified and reported two sites i.e. 250 and 172 withhigh TCH blocking rate you can see from below graphs

that this issue is now solved.
