Dear KQG:
Mechelle Dennis provided us with a wonderful program
on how she started her shop in Antlers, OK. She
brought fabric for us to purchase. She also does long
arm quilting. A couple members showed us quilts that
she had quilted for them.
We all need to work on donated items to sell in the quilt
show. Your help is appreciated.

Kid’s quilts raised $1530 for the
school. The quilts are on display
downstairs in the Old McAlester
High School. A former teacher
made a donation to the guild to
offset the expense of quilting.
Thanks to all who made these
quilts for the school.

I have made this using romaine lettuce. Also I do not pour the dressing over all the lettuce/spinach. I measure out individual servings then combine let-tuce/spinach in bowl and use part of the dressing. Save the rest of the dressing for another salad.
