Meeting called to order at 7:32 pm – a) Welcome from President , Earl Hale b) Roll Call Of Officers: i)Officers in Attendance: Jamie Steer, Lindsay Graw, Jeff Faye, Debi Hartle, Bob McMaster, Earl Hale, Amanda Germain, Andrew Wingate, Missy Munrow,Tammy Szilagy,Dean Black ii)Members in Attendance: Tami Arnold, Kristen Shardlow, Andrew Hall. Tarra Hall, Rob Germain, Nicole Pearse ‐ Brooks , Shaun Brooks, Rob Hale, Michelle Bahr, Kerry Legrandier. Michelle Banatt, Steven Golond, 2. Reviewed Minutes of the Annual General Meeting a) a Motion to dispense with a reading of the Minutes from the AGM 2013 was made by Dean Black and seconded by Bob McMaster . All in favor. b) Minutes were approved by Jamie Steer and seconded by Dean Black. 3. Reports a) President, Earl Hale – Please see attached presentation; discussion based on presention. i.VP Player and Coach Development – work in progress. Debi Hartle and Jeff Faye are looking after this until a replacement has been found. All deadlines were met for coaching certifications. Thank you to Lindsay,Debi and Jamie for making this happen. b) VP Programs – Jeff Faye – Please see attached Presentation, i.Thank you Directors for all the hours you put in during evaluations. ii. Working on the on‐line server space for the Directors and Executive . Coaches will beable to access. There will be drills, skills etc for them. c) Operations Coordinator – Jamie Steer – Please see attached Presentation. i.We have the most teams we have ever had this year. ii. RIS Parent – 5 players parents out of 1200 didn’t take the course. 2 coaches didn’t take the RIS Coach. iii. Question was asked what was the strategy with ice moving forward. Jamie replied with ‐ the twinning of the centennial arena in 2016/17. There are a few mornings (6:45am) avail at Seamans . We are maxed with other ice time, and we are keeping Stavley.
