Sub: Distribution of l(h,adi Gift Coupons

In ordel to promote products oJ Khadi & Village Industries Commission {KVIC)and encourage employees to use Khadi products, the competent authority hasapproved distribution of Khadi Gift Coupons of Rs.1O,0OO face value to all ExecutivesI Union:zed Employees on tlre pay roll of the company as on O1.O1.2O19.

2.O The face value of Khadi Gift Coupons will be Rs.1O,OOO/- against which tlreExecutivefUnionized Employee will be eligible to purchase Khadi and Villageindustries products of Rs.13,OO0/- on MRP value. These coupons will be made

- available in a booklet containtng2 coupons each with face value of Rs.S,OOO/- against#'which Khadi products of Rs. 6,500/- on MRP value can be purchased.

3.O In this regards, please refer to ttre enclosed Modallties for distribution ofI(hadi Gift Coupons received from Corporate Oflice vide letter no- OlLl75/2/I<hadi-605 dated O1.O8.2O19 along with list of authorized stores across India and FAQs,which are self-explanatory.

4.O In order to facilitate Executives / lJnionized Employees of OIL to redeem theirGift Coupons, KVIC and its branches will organize exhibitions in Duliajan and Moran.Schedule of exhibition willbe notified soon.

5.O A list of all eligible Executives / Unionized Employees is prepared (Departrnent-wise) separately by Administration & ER Dept. A11 HoDs are hereby requested to kindlyauthorize one (O1) departmental executive in the attached formats who wiil collect andalso ensure the distribution of Khadi Gift Coupons for Executives including AdditionalOfficers (Annxure-Il ald Unionized Employees (Annentre-Il) in their respectiveDepartment. The authorized person is requested to qontact and produce theauthorization letter for collecting the Gift Coupons from the following Officers:
