The Ohio High School Alternate Assessment Iowa Assessments Form E testing program does not include an option for hand scoring.

Billing will take place after scoring and reporting services are completed.

The attached Order for Scoring Services (OSS) is to be completed prior to scoring and should be included in your shipment of test documents to the HMH Scoring Center.
