COLUMBUS, Ohio (April 8, 2020) – Recently, Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and Lt. Governor Jon Husted announced the launch of a new campaign for Ohio. Find It Here. to market and support businesses during these unprecedented times. The Support Local Ohio microsite offers links to local restaurants and retailers that Ohioans can support through carryout, online orders and gift card purchases. The site will also share some examples of the innovation and heroism happening across Ohio.

“We are encouraging Ohioans to support our local restaurants, retailers and attractions to help them navigate through this incredibly challenging time,” said Governor DeWine. “People in Ohio are resilient, smart, and giving, and are looking for ways to help their communities. The ‘in this together Ohio’ mindset is what sparked the campaign.”

Ohio. Find It Here. collected fun and educational virtual reality tours for thrill-seekers, nature lovers, art and culture enthusiasts, and families.

“Even during this challenging time, Ohio still has so much to offer,” said Lt. Governor Husted. “These resources offer a great way for children and adults to help pass the time, and it will also provide new ideas for your next Ohio trip when it is safe to travel again.” Ohio.
