Soft announcement: new Ogre set!

An announcement! Sometime this year were going to release a new Ogreset in the Ogre

Designers Edition scale. But this Ogre 6th Edition will include only the Ogremap

(exactly the same as the one in the OD" the Ogrerules" and a generous helping o#

counters to play them.

$his is a so#t announcement. $he real announcement will include little details li%e the

actual release date" the #ull contents" and the price. &e are trying #or summer or #all and

').)*" +ut print +uying isnt done yet so nothing is set in stone.

$he counters are done. $he Ogres (and their #our ,-s are a ery cool new maroon/and/

gray" and the de#enders are also a new #action color0 +lue with light/+lue accents. -ery

spi##y. $here are map oerlays and 1 counters" and the ten 1 counters are red so they

dont duplicate the ones in OD.

$he rules are merely A23OS$ done" and thats what the attachment is. 4roo#reading

welcome! As youll see" this was created +y cutting down the OD rules" so there may still+e some orphan mentions o# (#or instance oerrun attac%s. 5ou can help +y pointing out

any such thing. 6m actually more worried that 6 might hae accidentally deleted a rule you

need to play Ogre. So0 many eyes ma%e all +ugs shallow. $ell me what you see.

remade using the new unit colors. $hat will happen A?$@ the words are completely

#inalied" as part o# the layout process. 6# 6 had done them already" 6d hae to change some

sies when the words were #inalied" and our heroic production department does not need to

+e redoing anything they dont hae to. 6 %now per#ectly well that there are 37&s and

2,-s and so on in these images. $heyre 9ust placeholders now" #or yep" some counter art

will +e close to here.
