6AM-10AM
5:00AM- Officers and Prom Committee are to meet up to prepare and set up each station, get breakfast
ready, any last minute changes
6:00AM-6:30AM- Check-in begins. Shirts will be handed out with teams arranged. Breakfast will be sold.
6:30AM-6:45AM- Quick introduction of team captain and events. Time Capsule Session.
7:00AM- Game 1: Keep Them Up. Each team is to stand within a designated area marked by
cones/rope. A total of five balloons will be thrown to the team and the team has to be able to keep the
balloon up in the air using only the air coming out of their mouths. The team to drop all their balloons first
loses. If by the end of fifteen minutes and the winner is yet undecided, the team with the most balloons in
the air wins.
7:30AM- Game 2: Capture the Flag . Each team will be provided one flag to protect. The team will
defend their own flag at their “base” and attempt to retrieve the opposing team’s flag. While retrieving the
flag, the person with the flag must avoid being tagged. When tagged, this person will sit out for that round.
The team that retrieves the flag in 2 out of 3 rounds wins. NO TACKLING.
8:00AM- Game 3: Crab Soccer . Each team will have a designated goal. The teammates must all be in
crab position. An exercise ball will be provided. The team to score the most points in fifteen minutes wins.
8:30AM- Game 4: Transfer the Planks. Each team will divide into their sub-groups. The sub-groups will
be standing on opposing sides. One side is provided with two wooden planks and two ropes. The object
of the game is to transfer sub-groups to opposing sides without touching the ground using the objects
provided. If a person was to fall off, they will need to keep their eyes shut for the rest of the game. The
team to finish transferring their sub-groups first wins. If after fifteen minutes and neither team
accomplishes the task, the team with the most members on the opposing side wins.
9:00AM- Game 5: The Alpha Obstacle. Part A: Each team must overcome the obstacle set up and
reach the “Circle” (further explained in Part B). The obstacle will consist of three parts. Only one person at
a time on the obstacle. The team may not send out their next teammate until a flag is raised. The first part
is to bob for pretzels off a rope handled by two people. One must not use their hands and only their mouth
to bite off a pretzel. The second part is to go through three hoola hoops held by three people. The hoola
hoops may be high, it may be low. The person must get through it. The third part is to crawl under the bed
sheets and chairs. The person must get on the floor and go through the part. Once the person completes
the third part, someone will raise a flag and the next teammate may start the obstacle. Part B: Once a
person completes the obstacle, they are handed a water balloon to protect. They will step into the circle
marked by ropes/chairs/etc. They must try to protect their balloon and attempt to pop the opposing team’s

balloons. After the last person from each team reaches the circle, a timer will be set. After the time period,
the team with the most teammates in the Circle, wins. Prom Committee, if you were holding things, after
the last person gets through everything, you can go straight to the Circle and participate!
