They should be in double-spacedtypewriting on one side of the paper only. On the paperthe name of the author should appear with initials (ordistinguishing Christian name) only, and the name andaddress of the laboratory where the work was performed.A definition of the position held by each of the authorsin the hospital or laboratory should be stated in a cover-ing letter to the Editor. All papers with joint authorshipshould be accompanied by the signatures of all theauthors.
