For and on behalf of the Governor of J&K State sealed tenders affixed with Rs. 6/- revenue stamps are invited from reput-ed workshops holders/Regd. Firms on account fo Repairing/Rewinding of 30 HP Submersible Pump Motor Unit-IVincluding submersible copper cable installed at 10 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant, Bhagwati Nagar, Jammu.

The tenders accompanied with earnest money in the shape of Call Deposit Receipt amounting to 2% of the Tenderedamount pledged to the Executive Engineer, Sewerage & Drainage Division (West), Jammu should reach his office on orbefore 11-12-2017 upto 4 pm through speed post/registered post/courier only.

The tenders shall be opened on the same day or any other subsequent day convenient to tender opening authority inpresence of such tenders who may like to be present at the time of opening the tenders. The details of the work can beobtained from this office on any working day during office hours upto 4 pm before 09-12-2017 against cash payment ofRupees Hundred only (Non-Refundable) for each set of Tender documents in the divisional office.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:1. The tenders should be neartly written. Tenders of with over writing shall be out rightly rejected.2. The material/Spare part to be used should be genuine and standard make. The workmanship should be of the high-est order falling which the work shall be rejected.3. The job should be completed within 10 days from the date of issue of the job order.4. The opening authority reserves the right to reject all tenders or a part thereof without assigning any reasons whatso-ever.5. 90% payment shall be made after successful completion of the job and successful testing. 10% payment will be keptas deposit and shall be released after three months from the date of completionm of job.6. All other terms and conditions shall be the same as laid down in PWD Form No. 25.7. GST and any other taxes if applicable will be paid as applicable.8. The rates to be quoted separately for the job of each item including rebate on old/damaged material.
