Terms & Conditions

1 This auction shall be held on “as where is basis “on dated 10-06-2021 at 11.00 a.m. in Technical Training

Institute, Fort area, Moti Daman

2 The auction shall be held on “Bid “system. The interested bidder(s) shall have to deposit an amount of

3 The bid shall start with upset price mentioned in the Auction Notice.

4 The eligible participant will offer bid in the round-up of Rs. 300/- for the above upset price.

Rs.2000/- to become eligible to participate in the auction. The amount shall be refunded to the bidders

after conclusion of auction processes except the successful one.

5 The offer will be considered as highest and final only if the amount offered by the bidder is announced

consequently three times uninterrupted.

6 The successful highest bidder have to deposit an amount equal to 25% of the total his offer/bid on the

spot immediately after conclusion of auction proceeding

7 The successful highest bidder have to lift the auctioned items on the payment of full amount as per his

offer/bid within ten days from the date of issue of letter accepting his highest bid. The amount of

deposited /paid as per condition No.2 & 6 above will be adjusted against the full payment of his

8 Incase of failure on the part of successful highest bidders(s) have to deposit the amount equal to 25%

of the total amount of his offer/bid , the amount of deposit paid for securing the eligibility to participate

in the auction will be forfeited (confiscated) to the Govt.

9 Incase of failure on the part of successful highest bidders(s) have to lift the Auctioned items within the

stipulated period of the time, the amount equal to 25%of the total amount of his bid, which was paid

immediately after conclusion of the auction will be forfeited (confiscated) to the Govt. .

10 Power to accept or reject any or all bids, including the highest bid with or without assigning any reason

thereof is vested in the Principal, Technical Training Institute, Daman

11 The above conditions will be pronounced loudly before the bidders prior to com

auction proceedings.
