ORDERIn conformity with DOWR letter No. 12097 dt, 3.5.10, following Junior

Engineer (C) allotted by Committee of Chief Engineers vide.EIC (Civil) Letter No. E.DEA- 33/03-36377 dt. 18.8.03 & No. 46543 dt. 28.10.03 and engaged undercontract service terms and conditions in this off ice order No. 955 dt.29.9.03. No.10256 dt 5.12.03 A No.262 dt 8.1.04 are hereby absorbed under the establishmentof undersigned, against the regular vacant post .of Junior Engineer (civil), in group1C" category of posts in the time scale of pay of Rs.9300-34800 A under pay band-2 of ORSP.2Q08, with other allowances as admissible from time to time with effectfrom their date of completion of six years of services as indicated against each.

Their absorption are provisional pending fulfillment of the terms andconditions of appointment attached in a separate sheet and will be reckoned as thefirst appointment to the service for all other service benefits w.e.fhis/her date ofregularisation.

Their seniority will be decided after their joining in regular establishment asper their respective position in the panel maintained by EIC (Civil).
