(U) The Foreign Intelligence Sneveillance Act of 2008, PL. 110-261, 122 Stat 2438 (hereinafter -"FAA" or 'the Act"), requires the Attorney General and the Director of National Intelligence to assess compliance with certain. procedures and guidelines under the FAA, and to submit such assessments to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISC) and relevant congressional commhtees at least once every six triontI3.a-
