Sealed quotations are invited from the manufacturers/authorized dealers having registration under VAT Act for supply of scientific equipments, computers and peripherals, software etc. to different P.G. Departments of the University for utilizing XII Plan UGC Grant. The tender paper and other details can be obtained by the parties from the concerned Heads of the P.G. Departments on payment of Rs.300/- (Rupees three hundred) only in shape of Bank Draft drawn in favour of the Comptroller of Finance, Berhampur University payable at SBI, Bhanja Bihar (Code: 2107), Berhampur-7, during office hours on all working days. The filled in tender papers should reach the concerned Head of the Department by Speed Post/Registered Post on or before 3.00 pm on 10.02.2017. The quotations will be opened by the concerned Heads of P.G.Departments at 3.30 pm onwards on the same day i.e. 10.02.2017 Further, you are required to visit the University Website: www.buodisha.edu.in for further details.

5. Copy to the Web Administrator, Berhampur University for information and necessary

action. He is requested to upload the list of equipments received from the above Heads of P.G.Departments in the University Website.

6. Copy to the Comptroller of Finance, BU for information and necessary action.

7. Copy to the Secretary to the Vice-Chancellor, BU for kind information of the

Vice-Chancellor.
