Working with A Contracting Officer Notify them of upcoming deadlines

and include the RFP or Program Announcement

Route budget and institutional commitments early (follow up with project description)

Don’t wait to the last minute

Only a set number of proposals accepted on behalf of the institution. (Sometime it even refers to subawards, too)

Kathy will coordinate things if others are submitting to the same soliciation than an on-campus review is necessary
