1. Community Tectonics Architects, Inc. Relevant ADA adaptation and assessment-focused project list. Strong team proposed with architecturally based ADA solution experience; team consistent with project examples. Great representation of understanding for issues required by this contract; wide breadth of knowledge and experience presented. Experienced firm; two team members each have 40+ years’ experience. Referenced postal contract work is similar to consultant work that would be performed under this contract.

2. the architect WORKSHOP Relevant project experience and breadth of knowledge presented, however only two project examples (out of 5 possible) were given. Suspect that this firm had more experience which could have been submitted - evaluator would have liked to see those examples. Strong descriptions of experience gained over career, but projects not submitted. Teaching and textbook writing skills are beneficial and show good communication skills. Extensive code knowledge and ADA guideline compliance expertise presented. Outside of teaching and writing, no projects submitted from which to evaluate ADA survey and plan review experience.

3. PDS America Project examples contain virtually no information on which to compare relevance to this contract; all projects are plan reviews. PDS has good experience and is knowledgeable of accessibility codes. Has current TBR ADA consulting contract. Has completed numerous design reviews for TBR projects, including TTU. Written reports are difficult to follow. Project designers report this firm is good to work with on plan reviews. Did not fully complete the LOI, instead attached a resume of work to the LOI. TTU has had similar problems in the past with their written work product. Proposal response shows no attention to detail or interest in the directions.
