The Bureau of Small Business Enterprises, under the purview of the Office of Business and Workforce Diversity, supports a diverse workforce and business community by ensuring equity and inclusion within the Illinois Department of Transportation’s projects and programs.
Our team members help IDOT ensureequitable participation on state and federally-funded highway, mass transit and airport contracts through several initiatives, including IDOT’s federally mandated Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program.
