Welcome, Senator International Limited are Care Quality Commission’s approved furniture manufacturer for the supply and installation of furniture for use in your home. The chosen furniture has been selected for its size, ergonomics and complies with all necessary British and European Standards for the safe working at home. In addition Senator have negotiated with Care Quality Commission an easy ordering system for you, the Home Worker, to ensure you receive the best quality of furniture with the minimum of effort. Senator will arrange for a ‘white gloves’ installation, so there is no need for you to erect the furniture yourself.

Now that it has been established that you need to acquire new furniture to enable you to work from home, please take time to make your selection.

You do need to be aware of the dimensions of this furniture to ensure that it will fit into your home. The scaled drawing sheet will help you to plan out your proposed home office environment. When measuring the area, please be sure to observe skirting boards, radiators, protruding plugs etc. If your proposed home office is upstairs or in a loft space, please give thought to the fact that the furniture has to go up the stairs to be installed. The desks will arrive flat packed for assembly on site but the pedestals and chairs will already be assembled.

ORDER PROCESS

1. Make your selection of furniture, included the finish options required.

2.Complete the ‘access to my home’ document fully.

3. Forward your completed selection form and the ‘access to my home document to the CQC ordering point.

4. On receipt of your order, Senator will email back an order acknowledgement – please check all the details correctly.

5. The Senator Installation Team will contact you direct to make arrangements for delivery. Please try and be available for this delivery, which will be between Monday – Friday 08.00am – 6.00pm. You should allow 1 – 2 hours for installation of the complete package.

6. The Senator Installation Team will deliver and install your chosen furniture into your desired location. Please ensure the area is clear as space will be needed to assemble and position your furniture.

7. Please sign the delivery note as proof of satisfaction. You will not be left a copy as this will be forwarded to CQC along with the invoice.

8. Senator will telephone you after delivery to confirm satisfaction with the service.

9. Please now relax and enjoy your new home office environment.

Deliveries will normally be made between 0800 and 1800 Monday to Friday.Installers will remove all packaging materials and leave furniture ready for use.
