Terms & Conditions of Service (Get Together)

You are required to pay a reservation fee amounting to 25% of the total bill on confirmation as a non refundable reservation fee and 50% of the balance 14 days before the function as non refundable deposit. The balance has to be settled 24 hours before the function. Any additional charges have to be settled on the day of the function (Prompt payments will enable the Hotel to proceed with the function).

2. The rates given are valid for 60 days from the date of reservation and the company reserves the right to change the rates without any notice, if the date of the function is more than 60 days from the date of reservation.

3. The Hotel will allow only limited numbers of persons (6 only) for arrangement of function hall. The hotel reserves the right to deny any entry to such persons if they are under the influence of liquor or any person whose appearance or conduct is not acceptable to the Hotel.

4. The Hotel reserves the right to resort to action in the interest of discipline in the event of misbehavior etc,

5. The Management of the Hotel will not be responsible for any Personal valuables, Liquor, Equipments etc,.

6. The Hotel holds the host responsible for any damages or loss caused to the Hotel Property, Cutlery, Crockery, Glassware etc., by the Guests of the Function in the event of any damages or losses, the cost will be charges to the host by the Hotel.
