Exterran’s cryogenic gas processing facilities based on turboexpansion technology allow you to recover valuable NGLs from natural gas. Our products are delivered as modular systems, pre-engineered, and pre-fabricated allowing flexibility to integrate multiple products at a single facility to meet site specific processing needs. The integrated facility is designed such that it can be turned down and ramped up in operating capacity and yields (recoveries) easily to adjust to changing external market conditions. By offering a single source responsibility, we ensure your project doesn’t encounter delays due to multi-organization handovers or experience potential resource gaps in facility construction.

• Controlled fabrication environment – improves quality and reduces weeks of overall project schedule when compared to a stick-built unit that is susceptible to inefficient fabrication sequence, weather related delays, regional manpower constraints, etc.

• Asset scale-up – through multi-phased investment approach, gas facility installation in multiple trains instead of one large train fast-tracks overall schedules and creates an early cash flow with minimal CAPEX.

• Project proceeds while waiting for exact site feed conditions – fabrication of most process units in our shop can proceed while feed conditions and scenarios are firmed up in the project design basis. This process accelerates the overall project schedule by eliminating fabrication delays due to defining site specific feed conditions.
