Your probation period will be for three months starting from the date of your joining. However, this period can be cut short or extended based on your performance and at the discretion of the management. During the probation period your services can be terminated with seven days notice on either side and without any reasons whatsoever. If your services are found satisfactory during the probation period, you will be confirmed in the present position and thereafter your services can be terminated on one month’s notice on either side. Your pay during the probation period will be Rs. 10,000 per month You will be entitled to travel reimbursement based on your actual traveling related to your assignment. You are not entitled to any leaves with pay during the probation period. After the probation period, you will be given a proper letter of appointment with terms and conditions for permanent employment.
