1. Eligibility criteria Persons with outstanding career profile

/experience and having held a public office for at least 10(ten) years, either

Bodies/PSUs of Central of State Government with outstanding academic

excellence and capacity to judge independently suitability of candidates for

a job under the Government of Arunachal Pradesh. They shall not be

Members of Parliament or Members of the Legislature of any State or

Union Territory, or hold any other office of profit or connected with any

(c) Non working candidatr:: - Applicants who are not presently

working but served 10 or more years of service in Gcvernment or other

organizations shall enclose their discharge certificate/relieving certificate
