• Country reviews : in-depth analysis of digital government ecosystem to provide a holistic view of a country’s use of ICT in the public sector and recommend actions for better results based on peer learning.

• Country scans: targeted studies of a specific aspect of a country’s digital government agenda building on the experience of other OECD members

• Capacity building: thematic and policy seminars to assist governments to design strategies to enhance their digital government performance, raise awareness, build capacities and learn from peers.

• Data collection: ongoing activities to collect information on specific indicators to help measure progress, efficiency, and impact of digital government strategies in a range of areas
