O & E Technologies Environmental Impact Assessment
We have conducted studies and prepared EIA reports spanning across the oil
and gas industries, housing and infrastructure, agriculture and industrial sectors.
Therefore, our expertise and consultation services are not limited only to Malaysia, but
will be expanded to other international country such as Brunei and Indonesia.
Our EIA services include consultation during the initial project design stages;
preparation of Terms of References (TOR); baseline data collection (primary or
secondary); communicating with regulatory authorities, stakeholders and the

O & E Technologies has a team of qualified and experienced professionals in relevant environmental fields that
are registered with the Department of Environment Malaysia as consultants and subject specialists. These experts have
vast experience and excellent understanding of the local environmental and social requirements.
Our company has conducted a range of studies including EIA studies for the oil and gas sector and for other

Environmental Compliance Audit
O & E Technologies has a registered environmental auditor in our team with DOE to carry out environmental
audit as stipulated under section 33A of the Environmental Quality Act, 1974. The services provided by O & E
Technologies cover all processes and activities which may contribute to the effective compliance of the Environmental
Quality Act, 1974, or as indicated by DOE in written notification.
Besides that, we also provide consultation on internal compliance audit for organisation that need to comply with
other pertinent guidelines, standards and code of practices.
Main Power Supply- Environmental Officer
As preferred environmental consultant in the market, O & E Technologies has expanded their level of services
in providing and supplying a competent and trained Environmental Officer (EO) to all industries in assisting them in
day to day operations and onsite management to ensure that it complies with respective legal requirements.
This scope of services is in line with current market demand and requirements imposed by DOE for self-
regulation. Our Eos are well trained by experts in the respective fields who has vast experience and working knowledge
in this aspect. Training is conducted theoretically and onsite pratical. The onsite practical given our EO hand on
knowledge and experience in order to prepare them for actual working environment in the future. This carrier

Mohd Hasri Omar is a founder of O & E Technologies Sdn. Bhd. with more than 13 years experience
as an environmental consultant and auditor in both government and private industry. Mohd Hasri’s areas
of specialization include water quality, air quality, regulatory applications, environmental assessment,
environmental inspection and environmental management. His experience has given him a broad-based skill set to support the early stages of conceptual planning and scoping for the success of various types of
projects. He has managed the planning and approvals for several contentious regulatory proceedings for
large projects and is highly experienced in regulatory support.
ASSOCIATE SENIOR CONSULTANT
Yong Yee Meng, Msc. Environmental, Bsc. Environmental
Yong Yee Meng has an extensive experience in ecology, marine and freshwater with a focus on integrating eco-
logical and Malaysia requirements in urban environments. She works closely with clients and project teams to
develop innovative solutions for often complex sites and works with government regulators to obtain practical
and timely approvals. In addition to site-based projects, she has worked on a number of regional environmental
planning assessments and involved a wide range industry including construction, and marine. Through these
projects, she has developed specialist skills in managing large scale impact assessments for government and
private sector.
MARKETING AND OPERATION DIRECTOR
Nurul Nadhirah binti Omar
Nadhirah had experience managing the marketing team of various construction, industrial and medical field.
Come from a business background and able to manage the entire marketing operations department as well
as teams that are closely aligned with the marketing and sales departments of O & E Technologies Sdn.
Bhd. Nadhirah also capable to analyse the lead flow and working flow within the marketing department in
order to guarantee the achievement of the department’s goals. She leads the planning, budgeting, and fore-
casting of the marketing department and manages marketing automation systems.

Surya binti Omar
Surya graduated with Honours in Business Administration Majoring in Finance from Northern of Universi-
ty, (UUM) Sintok, kedah in 1996 to 1999. She get Diploma in Banking at College Of Sultan Zainal Abidin
(currently UNISZA) in 1993 to 1996). Currently, she was working with O & E Technologies Sdn Bhd as
Accounts & HR Manager. Surya has experience more than 17 years in various business portfolios such as
Oil & Gas, Property Management, Golf Association, Hypermarket and Consultancy with expertise in Finan-
cial and Management. Possess strong ability to handle full set of accounts, reporting, budgeting, financial
analysis and management.
