ULAANBAATAR INTERNATIONAL FILM FESTIVAL /UBIFF/October 03-10, 2013

According to the initiation and sponsorship of Ministry of Culture, Sports andTourism of Mongolia, in order to enhance international cooperation among Mongolianand foreign filmmakers and artists Culture Department of Municipality of Ulaanbaatar,Mongolian French Cultural Centre and Arts Council of Mongolia organize Ulaanbaatar

International Film Festival(UBIFF) on the days between the 3rd

to 10th

of October inUlaanbaatar.In the frame of the UBIFF, 12 award winning and officially selected films ofworld acclaimed International Film Festivals as Cannes, Venice and Berlinale will bescreened as well as French Film Days sub program will be introduced to Mongolianaudience.

Furthermore, Interesting activities as Ulaanbaatar International Film Forum,Access to Success panel for Mongolian Film Artists, World Cinema Fund specialprogram will be organized. 22 artists as directors, producers and actors/actresses of 12countries such as France, Germany and America and delegation of World CinemaFund, Hubert Bals Fund and National Center of Cinematography and the moving imageof France as well as organizers of Berlinale and Istanbul International Film Festivals.

Move over Mrs. Markham is a comedy in two acts and the play is set in veryelegant top floor London Flat, belonging to Phillip and Joanna Markham. Farce isprobably the most exacting form of drama for any cast and director. Pace, energy andtiming of lines and action are everything.

The plot starts simply enough with Joanna Markham anticipating attendance at adinner with her publisher husband, Philip. In their absence, Joannas friend, Linda,wants to use the flat for a liaison with an admirer while Lindas philandering husband,Henry - Philips business partner- has similar designs in terms of his latest conquest. Inthe midst of this marital infidelity is Alastair Spenlow, an outwardly gay interior designerwho harbors a strong heterosexual urge to be in bed with the maid, Sylvie.
