WELCOME!

We extend a warm welcome to all who have come toworship and fellowship with us this morning. If you area first time visitor with us, please take time to fill out a“Welcome Card” located in the pew rack and place it in

the offering plate. Parents of small children (under age 3) may take themto our Nursery, where a caring staff will supervise them.We also have a Pre-School Program (ages 3-5) that runsduring our Worship Service in the Church Time Pre-School Room. One of our ushers would be happy tohelp you locate either one of these facilities.

Elementary School children are invited to take part inour KidZone program which starts after the first part of our Worship Service downstairs in the Vestry.

Bedford Baptist Church has been a part of this communityfor 112 years. We seek to be a fellowship of believersbuilding on the principles of love, grace, and compassion asfirst modeled by our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. News & Events (Cont’d.) Tea & SaleThe Missions Committee is hosting a Tea and Salefundraiser on Saturday, October 22 from 2-4 pm. Come tothe vestry downstairs and sample some delicious desserts,

tea and coffee. The Tea will be a free will offering in supportof our international missions. The committee would also liketo thank the Friendship Circle for providing the items for thesale table. Please plan to come and enjoy a time with goodcompany, good food and buy a thing or two. See you there.

Working GroupThe Missions Committee is looking to set up a workinggroup that will help support the projects in which it isinvolved. You may be asked to help set up tables at afunction, be on a planning committee for a mission tour, or

help in a soup kitchen. If you see yourself helping theCommittee in any way, please call the church office or BobArchibald (865-7077).

Thanksgiving & Beacon HouseConsider sharing food with others through the avenue ofBeacon House . All kinds of non-perishable foods arewelcome. Note: We will also be looking toward Christmasboxes for those in need. Our church is invited to supply a796 ml can of fruit for each of 450 boxes. The everydayneeds of Beacon House continue as well but between now

and Dec 1, please consider an additional gift of cannedfruit to our Beacon House Box.
