Hog on the Hill; October 11, 4 pm - 7 pm at Asbury. See the Bulletin Insert for More Detailed Information. Hog on the Hill is almost here! We are needing a few more volunteers to make sure the event is the best that it can be! We’re looking for food servers,

people to help prepare the side items that we’re serving, clean-up crew members, Fall Festival game attendants, and a couple of people to be in the Pumpkin Patch! We also still need some silent auction items, a couple more long tables that we can borrow for the afternoon! If you’d like to help in any of these ways, please talk to Clark Cogbill, or contact Amy [email protected]. Thanks!

Volunteers sought for AR Kids Read: Fall semester is Oct. 1-Dec. 18; the spring semester is Jan. 5-Mar. 18. One hour of training is provided. Typically, the volunteer works with two pupils per session for 30 minutes each. A background check is required. For more information and to sign up, contact Ginny Kurrus, [email protected].

The Boy Scouts will be taking popcorn orders today in the WAC from 9:30 to 10:50 a.m. You may also make a “Military Donation” to send popcorn to troops overseas which also benefits our Troop 24. You can pay when you order or at pickup in November.
