The Great Migration Scientists are still mystified by how animals know

when it’s time to migrate. How do they find their

way back to places they have not seen since

birth? Green sea turtles swim from Brazil to tiny

Ascension Island and back, a trip of 6,000 miles!

The Arctic tern has the longest migration of any

animal, flying from the Arctic to the Antarctic and

back, a roundtrip journey of nearly 25,000 miles!

How do they chart their courses? What inner

sense is within every species to move such long

distances on a seasonal basis? Actually, we

know that God Himself has imprinted His

‘migration map’ in them by way of instinct!

Most amazing however, is when Jesus Christ told

His disciples that He would be leaving earth and

ascending to Heaven. He said, ‘I go to prepare a

place for you! And if I go and prepare a place for

you, I will come again and will take you to Myself,

that where I am you may be also!

As to the directions for the trip, Jesus said; ‘You

know the way to where I am going!’ Thomas

said, Lord, we don’t know where you are

going…How can we know the way? But Jesus

said, ‘I am the Way, The Truth, and The Life. No

one can come to the Father except through Me!’

(John 14:2-6)

The greatest migration in all of history will be

when Jesus leads those who have accepted Him

as Saviour and Lord back to His Eternal Home

with His Heavenly Father! What a migration that

will be!

Are you ready for the trip? Trust in Jesus as your

Way, Truth and Life today…That’s the ticket for

the Greatest Migration ever!

2020 Events Cancelled As per the memo handed out on September 21 the following events have been canceled: • Resident & Tenant Thanksgiving Banquets • Take Your Kids to Work Day • Memorial Services • Auxiliary Christmas Bazaar/Tea & Bake Sales • Pleasant Manor Resident Family Christmas Party • Resident & Tenant/Life Lease Christmas Banquets

Residents will still receive banquet meals and we will still be planning socially distanced activities

throughout each holiday!
