Nacarat is the place to share and enjoy great food. The restaurant is owned by the famous Dutch chef Ron Blauw. Get Insiperd by the flavours from Tel Aviv and the Middle East! When you’re not afraid of a 4-course menu with a great view, check out the rooftop of the brand new Hudson’s Bay shopping mall.  INSIDER TIP: Let’s go vegan! 80% of all the dishes are veggies only! This is the place to be for veggie lovers!

Daalder means Michelin star quality food in a relaxed atmosphere. They serve a 5, 6 or 7-course menu of the chef, prepared with beautiful fresh ingredients, which the chef/co-owner - Dennis Huwaë  - selects by himself. Dining at this level often accompanies a stiff atmosphere and ditto service, however Daalder does not like this type of atmosphere. Don’t feel guilty when you laugh out loud while drinking a beer at the bar.  INSIDER TIP: This is the place to be for a business lunch. They are able to serve a 3 course menu in less than an hour. You don’t need to worry about menu choices, since the concept is a chef selected menu
