This starts right at the point of manufacture with the use of high quality raw materials. Its basic structure, which comprises an inner tube, a woven casing and an outer tube, also determines its quality. The thicker the tube, the stronger the hose will be and the more it will resist kinking. Strong polyester yarn, neatly and evenly braided, reinforces your Neta hose, allowing it to withstand high water pressure. The outer layer has high UV resistance to withstand the harsh Australian sun.

Neta Long Claw Acetal grip ring high pressure anti-leak sealing systemThe Long Claw is Neta’s secret for high water flow applications. It’s separate to the rest of the fitting, allowing it to really dig its claws into the hose to create a connection that won’t break or leak.

When combined with a Neta hose it gives the ultimate connection and protection against leaks - all part of our anti-leak sealing system. The Neta Long Claw grip ring is available in 18mm plastic and brass connectors and joiners.

Neta 18mm plastic garden hose fittings are manufactured using UV stabilised plastic and guaranteed for 5 years. Coupled with an 18mm hose it is an ideal watering solution where a higher water flow is required, for example on rural or acreage properties.

The Long Claw is Neta’s secret for heavy duty applications. It’s separate to the rest of the fitting, allowing it to really dig its claws into the hose to create a connection that won’t break or leak.

Hose Reels and TrolleysHose reels and trolleys are the ultimate storage device. They are easy to use and keep the hose twist-free which prevents kinking. Neta’s 12mm hose reels are made from light-weight, corrosion-free aluminium, UV stabilised plastics heavy duty hose stainless steel reels.

Hose trolleys allow for the movement of hose anywhere in the garden and allow for storage of hose when not in use. Neta reels and trolleys require some assembly and come with instructions for setup.

INSTALLATION TIPS• Use teflon tape or a sealant paste which is suitable for use on threads• When using a sealant paste, care should be taken to prevent over-tightening of the fitting• Sealant paste for use on threaded joints should be non-hardening and be suitable for use with plastics• Align the fitting to the job to prevent the possibility of cross-threading• Generally once the fitting is threaded to hand tight, then one to two extra turns is all that is normally required• Do not over tighten
