MILLICENT CHORAL SOCIETY In August we were invited to give a concert for senior citizens

at Bordertown Our much loved former accompanist retired to

the town almost 2 years ago and we were delighted that she

could assist in accompanying us for several items during the

afternoon

A pleasant Sunday afternoon in Millicent during September

was a success Several high school music students and some

young people from the local drama group who performed 2

skits added to the charm of the afternoon This form of

concert has become an annual event and is well patronised by

the senior members of our local community

We have been invited to present some items at the concert to

celebrate the end of Seniors Month on October 30 and also at

the annual Community Christmas Carols in the Shearing Shed
