Dear Comrades
Now that the summer is over, its time to dedicate our efforts and work at re-
cruiting new members to the Post. The survival of military organizations de-
pends upon attracting new membership and “we” are just not looking for mem-
bers, but we would also like to include their families as well. Our veterans have
made and kept this nation the greatest nation in the world, so lets not forget
those who supported them in times of crises, but in the good times as well. Part
of this recruiting effort should also include increasing our Booster membership;
again, the veterans can’t do it alone, the community has to be involved.
Remember that our comrade, Bill Meisel is very ill with congestive heart failure,
so lets keep him in our prayers. Please ask one of the officers for a visiting
schedule.
Not to much to report but in closing, keep our troops in your prayers till they
are all home with their loved ones. GOD BLESS AMERICA
UNITED WE STAND
Artie Vecchio. Commander
