framework which can be used by
customers to create customer
specific business processes.
• The user Interface used by “HCM
Processes and Forms” is Interactive
Adobe by SAP.
• Due to market demands we are now
providing additional user interface
for “HCM Processes and Forms”
framework.
• The additional user interface is
based on web dynpro ABAP
technology .

Existing investments in SAP Interactive Forms by Adobe are safe
Project goal is to introduce an additional UI not a replacement. This is a side-by
–side approach .Customers can choose the technology according to their
needs.
Most configuration, other than form layout, is meant to be reusable with Web
Dynpro UI version if you want to switch

Processes and Forms Functionality Delivered in HR
Renewal 1.0
Processes and Forms shipped as part of HR renewal 1.0
With this shipment you can
Create processes based on web-dynpro ABAP in the design Time Tool.
Consume the web dynpro ABAP based forms from ESS, MSS .
Service Layer for HCM Processes and Forms.
The details about these functionalities can be found in the service market
place.(service.sap.com) .The path is Support Portal->Knowledge Exchange-
>Ramp-up Knowledge Transfer->SAP Business Suite->SAP ERP->SAP HCM
renewal 1.0 ->Processes and Forms.

Digital Personnel File
Launch DPF(Digital Personnel File) after searching employee
Digital Personnel File.It stores all the forms and attachments for an employee.The
web dynpro ABAP forms can be converted into Adobe print forms and then stored
in the DPF (Digital Personnel File)

Adding Processes Into the Launch pad
Go to transaction „lpd_cust‟
Navigate to role „HRASR‟
Go to Change mode
Under Processes create a process with following parameters .
Application parameters Namespace: SAP
Application: ASR_PROCESS_EXECUTE_OVP
Application-Related parameters Target app. Parameters.: PROCESS=<Process Name>&OTYPE=<Object Type>
Configuration : ASR_PROCESS_EXECUTE_OVP_CFG.
You can check already delivered standard entries for the role „HRASR‟ for more
details.

PFCG Role and Conversion to Portal Role
