LT Dan Iafrato, USN, Midshipmen Activities Officer, is the visit coordinator. He can be contacted at extension 3-7135. b. Midshipman Andrew Sikora, Brigade Operations Officer, is the Midshipmen-in-Charge of the evolution. c. The Midshipmen-in-Charge of the NAPS visit and the Naval Academy Athletic Association wi ll select Fourth Class Midshipmen to host all NAPS candidates. Company Officers and Battalion Officers will review the proposed esc011 list to ensure that selected midshipmen meet the criteria of being satisfactory in academic, PRT and conduct. Final approval authority of midshipmen hosts will be the Operations Officer. d. Candidates are guests of the Brigade and will be treated as such. Escorts will observe the normal routine during the period 18-22 October 2017. Escm1s should be available throughout the entire visit period (e.g., not on restriction, weekend, MO, etc.). The esco11s must stay with NAPS candidate during the entire visit, unless permission to deviate is received from their officer chain of command. Candidates will observe study period and accompany escorts to various study areas, including Nimitz Library. NAPS students may be authorized permission, via their officer chain of command, to attend NAPS sponsored tutorials by NAPS faculty during study hour. e. 1. Purpose. To promulgate a schedule for the NAPS candidates' visit and assign responsibilities for associated events.

2. Information. During the period 18-22 October 2017, 257 NAPS candidates will be guests of the Brigade of Midshipmen. These candidates will be billeted in Bancroft Hall and will observe as closely as possible the routine of their escorts, except as modified by enclosure (1 ).

the Watch who will coordinate with the NAPS Command Duty Officer (CDO). NAPS CDO cell phone number is 401-641-0752. The OIC for NAPS is LT Patrick Laughlin.

f. Company Operations Officers will utilize cots within their Company storage area. If more than the 15 issued to each company are needed, they can pick additional cots in the 1st LT Self Help Storage Area, 7B08, seventh wing basement. Hours of operation are 1250 to 1600. Escorts will pick up cots from Company Operations Officers and place in rooms prior to 1600 on 18 October 2017.

g. NAPS candidates will eat with their hosts in King Hall. NAPS candidates are not responsible for Fomih Class rates, but will follow as closely as possible to the daily routine of a Fourth Class midshipmen.

h. Town libe1iy for NAPS candidates will commence at 1200 on Saturday, 21 October 2017 and run until 1400, prior to the football game. It will not start again until after "Blue and Gold" at the end of the football game. Libe1ty will expire for all NAPS candidates and midshipmen escmis at 2400 on Saturday, 21 October 2017.

i. Midshipmen hosts will ensure NAPS candidates abide by Midshipmen Regulations and comply with the schedule delineated in enclosure (1). They will be expected to adhere to all requirements placed on Fomth Class Midshipmen, to include libe1ty constraints and taps.

j . NAPS will visit classes all day on Thursday, 18 October 2017, and Friday afternoon, 19 October 2017. NAPS candidates will wear Working Blues. NAPS candidates will integrate into respective squads during all fmmations.

k. NAPS candidates will muster on Red Beach next to 2nd Wing at 1410 on Saturday, 21 October 2017 and march over to the stadium as a unit behind 30th Company for the football game. Upon reaching the stadium staging area, the NAPS candidates will be dismissed and will enter the stadium via Gate 5. They will be seated in Section 108, Rows 1-19. NAPS candidates will be escmied by the NAPS staff officers to their seats. NAPS candidates will not go onto the field to fmm a tunnel or do push-ups.

1. Company Officers and Midshipmen Company Commanders are responsible for ensuring compliance with all phases of this notice by the NAPS candidates in their respective companies.
