The Regional Development Conference (RDC)is focused on developing leadership membersand coordinators of the organization, thisevent is held in parallel in the 4 areas of thecountry where AIESEC is divided.
It has a number of participants by area ofapproximately 150-200 youth, lasting threedays and date of realization: third week ofMarch.
It's your job as OCP ensure the planning,organization and execution of the event fromthe moment you choose your team, it's timeyou show your full potential as a team leaderand deliver an RDC amazing!
